Living with him were his wife, 'Marian', and son John (20) and a female servant. All were born in Middlesex.Top The legateesJohn KING: the son. In 1851 John junior was recorded as an auctioneer and was living at his father's home, 240 High Street, with his wife, four young children, including a son Marshall, and two servants. He remained in the business, being succeeded by his son Marshall between 1861 & 1871.Jane BATHOST: the daughter. Not found in the 1841 or 1851 censuses. Two possible George BATHURSTs in an 1846 trade directory for London but neither at the address Marylebone Street. The witnesses & executorMary Ann KING, his wife: a Mary A.
