Henry Sexton of Bedfont ...I give ... all my real and personal effects ... unto my daughter Matilda FAGG widow, my daughter Maria Louisa SEXTON and my friend George FAGG Esquire of Bedfont to hold the same unto the use of the said Matilda FAGG, Maria Louisa SEXTON and George FAGG ...

as to my real or landed property my said trustees shall hold the same ... Matilda FAG to receive ... the rents and profits of my freehold house and land situate at Bedfont ... at her decease to assign ... to my grandson Alfred Henry FAGG on his attaining the age of 25 years ...

and whereas by the will of my late father my daughter Julia will at my decease come into possession of the freehold house and land situated at Brentford End in the parish of Isleworth in the occupation of Thomas CHAPMAN market gardener and also two freehold tenements situated in Lion Row Brentford End now in the occupation of ...MURFIELD & R RODWELL and will likewise at the decease of her aunt Mrs Maria Dorothy CRIDLAND come into possession of a copyhold house situate at Isleworth and now in the occupation of Henry CLEMENTS hair dresser I need make no further mention of these estates ...

Proved at London 28 Nov 1846 by the oath of Maria Louisa SEXTON spinster, the daughter, one of the Executors ... power reserved of making the like grant to Matilda FAGG widow ... and George FAGG Esquire the other executors when they shall apply for the same.
