Brentford Families - PadburyDave Padbury wrote in August 2011: Short note on my family in Brentford. My g g grandfather Edward Padbury 1819-84 came here from Hampshire in 1842. He was a Blacksmith and then a beer seller at the Jolly Gardeners in Drum Lane. Edward Padbury married Eliza Lee (1821-1881); they were at 2 Drum Lane with William and Ann Lee in 1851 and at the Jolly Gardeners Drum Lane in 1861 (with Ann Lee, widow, beer seller) and in 1871; they had 6 children:
My family lived at 41 Mafeking Avenue 1932-56 and then the Clayponds Estate.
