Will of William Bunce, Old Brentford, 1838

... after payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences

... I give unto my son Jonathan John all the rest and residue of my said personal estate and effects

... as to my copyhold estate and all other my real estate ... I give & devise ... unto my friends John BLACKMAN the younger of New Brentford ... in trust .... receive and apply the rents ... for the use and benefit ... of Jonathan John until he attains the full age of 21 years

... I appoint the said John BLACKMAN Executor

Proved ... 12th July 1838 ... by oath of John BLACKMAN the younger the sole executor.

Notes

John BLACKMAN: there are references on this site to a person of this name running the Black Boy and Still at 87 High Street.

William Bunce was buried at St George's Old Brentford on June 3rd 1838; he was 59.
