View towards the Great West Road from Boston Manor Station, 1974
Peter Young took this photo on the 7th June 1974 from Boston Manor Station. He adds it 'shows the back of the Great West Road and locates the Macfarlane Lang water-tower, amongst other things. In the foreground is Gallows Bridge over the Grand Union Canal'.The signage, top left, is for 'The Motor Auctions Group', which was based at Harlequin Avenue from the 1960s until 1988.
